Using the Hold Feature
The "HOLD" ke y is u sed t o p lace a
caller on hold. To use, simply press
the "HOLD" k ey. T he L ED above the
line-in-use wi ll illum inate t o i ndicate

that this line is on hold.
Volume
When th e "HOLD" ke y is a ctive, t he
handset c an be l ifted o ff-hook or
returned to i ts o n-hook po sition and
the l ine will no t be di sconnected. To
return to the caller, simply li ft the
handset.
Hold w ill a lso r elease wh en t he call is
picked up from an additional extension
phone.
