Printed Report

Memory Storage Report

This report is printed after an original
is stored in memory. It helps you re-
view the contents and the destina-
tions of stored originals.
Limitation
❒ This report is not printed with Par-
allel Memory Transmission.
Note
❒ You can choose whether this report
is turned on. Set this with the User
Parameters.⇒ p.141 "Changing the
User Parameters"(Switch03, Bit2)
❒ Even if the machine is set up not to
print this report, it is still printed if
an original could not be stored.
❒ You can choose whether to include
part of the original image on the re-
port.⇒ p.141 "Changing the User
Parameters"(Switch04, Bit7)
Transmission Result Report
(Memory Transmission)
This report is printed when a Memo-
ry Transmission is completed so you
can check the result of the transmis-
sion.
Note
❒ If two or more destinations are
specified, this report is printed af-
ter the fax message has been sent to
all the destinations.
❒ If the machine is set up not to print
this report and the fax message
could not be successfully transmit-
ted, the Communication Failure
Report is printed. ⇒ p.78 "Com-
munication Failure Report"
❒ You can choose whether this func-
tion is turned on or off. Set this
with the User Parameters. ⇒ p.141
