4. Transmission Features

Redial

The machine memorizes the last 10
destinations that have been dialed. If
you wish to send a message to a des-
tination which you faxed recently, the
Redial feature saves you time by find-
ing and entering the number again.
Limitation
❒ The following kinds of destina-
tions are not memorized:
• Quick Dials
• Group Dials
• Destinations dialed by a Pro-
gram
• Destinations dialed as End Re-
ceivers for Transfer Request
• Forwarding terminal of the sub-
stitute reception
• Destinations dialed using the
external telephone (option)
• Destinations dialed by Redial
(regarded as already stored in
memory)
• Any destinations after the first
number if multiple destinations
were dialed
❒ Do not dial any numbers before
you press the { { { { Pause/Redial} } } } key. If
you press the { { { { Pause/Redial} } } } key af-
ter entering numbers using the
number keys, a pause will be en-
tered instead.
Note
❒ If you dial a destination already
memorized and the telephone route
is changed, the same number may
automatically be memorized again.
