W/WD drives
Terminator power
There are three possible terminator power (TP) configurations
for "W" model drives (see Figure 14). You will not normally need
to change this option and can leave the drive configured as it
was shipped from the factory.
There are two possible terminator power (TP) configurations for
"WD" model drives (see Figure 14).
"W" Models
Term. Power from Drive (default)
Term. Power to SCSI Bus
Term. Power from SCSI Bus (position A)
Term. Power to SCSI Bus and Drive
"WD" Models
Term. Power to SCSI Bus (default)
Host adapter or other device provides
term. power to external terminator.
