capability must match the group capability of the desired
aggregate that the user wants the port to join. This value
is set in the /etc/rc.config.d/hp_apaconf file.

group capabilities.
The default group capability is 5.

determines which port in a link aggregate will be the active
interface when the link aggregate is set to Hot Standby
mode (HP_APA_HOT_STANDBY=on).
