remember:
If you exchange
the product
within
90 days of the original
purchase,
there is no cost to you.
If you exchange

more than 90 days after but less than one year after the day of original
purchase,

the preset
cost for exchange.
If you do not have your
original
sales receipt,
or if you have any questions,

a replacement

the Exchange

3.
Pack the product
and its accessories
in the original
box or a suitable
alternative.
You will receive
replacement
accessories
with your
replacement
product.

4.
Put the completed
Exchange
Form, a copy of the original
sales receipt,
and the proper
payment
amount
into
an envelope.
DO
NOT SEN D CASH.
Do not staple or clip these items together.
