DVD I IAUDIO CD I
@ Before you begin, place the DVD/VCR in DVD mode, Press
OUTPUT SELECT so the red DVD light appears on the front of
the DVD/VCR.

During playback, press DVD, then press FF I_l_ (1_)
or REW _ (4) on the remote control.
@ During DVD playback, pressing FF Ipl_ (1_) or REW _1_1
(_1) repeatedly will forward or reverse the picture at
twice, eight times, 30 times, or 60 times the normal play-
back speed.
An _1_1 x2, _ x8, _ x30, or _1_1 x60 will appear
briefly on the TV screen to indicate reverse searching.
Or, I_l_x2, I_l_x8, I_l_x30, or I_1_ x60 will appear
briefly on the TV screen to indicate fast forward searching.
Sound will be muted during searching.
@ During Audio CD playback, you may search forward or
backward only at 16 times the normal playback speed.
An _1_1x16 or I_1_x16 will appear briefly on the TV
screen. Pressing FF I_1_ (1_) or REW _1_1 (4) repeat-
edly will not affect the speed of the search. Sound will be
intermittent during searching on an Audio CD.
#_ Use FF I,-I,- (1_) for a forward search. Press REW _1_1
(_1) for a reverse search.
Example: Playing a DVD in

playing speed.
