30 days or a repair not being completed within 30 days is an
emergency. Replaced parts and paid receipts must be readily
available for presentation to the Chrysler Customer Center as
a condition of reimbursement for these emergency repairs.
In addition, the owner must provide Chrysler with a detailed
description indicating why the situation was considered an
emergency and why dealer service was unavailable.
