11. STORAGE/WINTERIZATION
Fuel Tank (optional equipment)
VENT KNOB
FU'EL CAP
I. Close the fue! cap vent knob.
2. Disconnect the fuel coupling
from the outboard motor (refer to
page 55).
Outboard Motor Position
Store'the motor vertically, as shown
above. Store the outboard motor in a
well-ventilated area free from direct
sunlight and humidity.

Vertical storage
1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Loosen the four tightening bolts
and unhook the three hooks, then
remove the timing belt cover.
