Engine Oil Replacement
Drain the oil while the engine is still
warm to assure rapid and complete
draining.
1. Position the outboard motor verti-
cally, and remove the engine cover.
Remove the oil filler cap.

2. Loosen the drain plug cover screw
using a flat blade screwdriver and
remove the drain plug cover.

3. Place a suitable container under the
guide. Remove the engine oil drain
bolt and washer using a 12 mm
wrench, and drain the engine oil.
4. Install a new sealing washer on the
drain bolt and tighten the bolt
securely.
5. Reinstall the drain plug cover.
6. Fill with the recommended engine
oil.
