WELCOME Thank you for purchasing the Grandstream GXV3140 IP Multimedia Phone. The GXV3140 is designed for the high-end enterprise market and is easy to use and configure. It supports a broad range of audio codecs and H.264,H.263/H.263+ video codecs. Based on the SIP standard, it is interoperable with 3 party SIP platforms.
If you purchased your GXV from a reseller, please contact the company where you purchased your phone for replacement, repair or refund. If you purchased the product directly from Grandstream, contact your Grandstream Sales and Service Representative for a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number before you return the product.
