Recipes - Slow Cook
CHILLI DIPS
Ingredients:
• 1 x 425g tin chili
• 2 cubes soft cream cheese
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons Tabasco
• 1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation:
Perfect for parties! Place all ingredients in the multi-
cooker, set to Slow Cook position and stir well. Once
everything is warm, set the multi-cooker to Warm
position, serve fondue style with the chips.
OATMEAL
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups oatmeal
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup dates, chopped
• 5 cups water or milk
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in the multi-cooker and close the
lid. Set to Slow Cook position and cook for 7-8 hours.
SLOW COOKED RIBS
Ingredients:
• 2 large (each 1350g) racks spare ribs
• 1.1 litres barbecue sauce
• 2 cups red wine
Preparation:
Place the barbecue sauce with the red wine in the
multi-cooker and stir well. Add the meat, set to Slow
Cook position and let the ribs cook in the sauce for 7-
8 hours or until done
