Homemade frozen casseroles are cooked in the Lower
Oven Bake mode.
Small size frozen combination
meals, i.e. less than 10
oz., are best cooked in the Microwave mode.
To set cooking time, use the conventional
oven
time
on the package (not microwave
heating
time).
Use
minimum
recommended
time and add more time if
necessary.
Follow package directions for removing cover, covering
with foil, venting package, etc.
Frozen items (20 ounces or more), such as lasagna
or macaroni and cheese, may need more time. Rotate
container in oven then add more time. If the food is
prone to over-browning,
it may be covered with foil
during first half of the cook time
Frozen
fruit

or cobblers
are
baked
using
