Here's how to find and play a plogram you've marked with an index signal:

Insert an indexed cassette into your VCR.

Press INDEX once.
The INDEX SCAN indicator appears on the TV screen.

Turn the DUAL MODE SHUTTLE ring clock-
wise to find the previous program, or counter
clockwise to find the next program.
The index scan locates the next marked index signal and
plays about 10 seconds of tape prior to the signal. The
VCR then rewinds or advances to the next index signal.
Every time the VCR finds an index signal, playback
begins and the displayed index number increases.

When you find the program you want, press I_ PLAY.
Playback starts from that point.
