Soft Keys

The MC Control supports Surface Soft Keys (discussed in this section) and
Touchscreen Soft keys (Soft Key View on page 43). This is one of the MC Con-
trol's most powerful features so be sure to read Chapter 7: Soft Keys to learn
how to best work with and customize these powerful keys.
Underneath the Touchscreen are 12 soft keys (six per row). The bottom of the
Touchscreen contains labels for each soft key.

Soft Key labels contain text plus an optional icon.
Soft Keys are organized into pages with 12 Soft Keys per page. The page num-
bering starts with one and there is no limit to the number of pages. A Soft Key
can be programmed to jump to an arbitrary Soft Key page, allowing creation of
menus and webs of Soft Key pages.
The following keys navigate through Soft Key pages:

HOME: Go to Soft Key page 1.
END: Go to the last Soft Key page.
