NOTE
- Some operations hl the followirlg playback functions
cannot be performed depending on the specifications of
the disc.
The Fast Forward/Reverse function is enabled when
_ REV or _ I_"_/D is pressed during playback.
Example: When _ FWD is pressed
- Tile search speed will change each time you press the
button.
When playing back a DVD
- You carlrlot perform Fast Forward/Fast Reverse from
one title and continue to another title (except when
playing audio CDs). At tile end or beginning of tile title,
Fast Forward/Fast Reverse will be cancelled and normal
playback will automatically resume.
_NOTE
- Subtitles are not played back with BD/DVD video discs
during Fast Forward and Fast Reverse.
The Skipping (to the beginning of a chapter, track or
title) function is enabled when _ SKIP/41 or
SKIP/I_ is pressed during playback.
The Pause function is enabled when | | PAUSE is
pressed during playback. (If you are playing back an
audio CD, audio data [MP3 files] or still images [JPEG
files], these will also pause.)
The Frame Advance Playback function is enabled when
_1_]!_,_ SKiP/I_ is pressed during pause.
- Frame Advance Playback may not function properly with
discs other than DVD RW/R (VR format).
NOTE
" Some BD/DVD Video discs are not compatible with Pause/
Frame Advance Playback.
- Frame Advance/Reverse Playback can be performed for
DVD discs by pressing _| SKIP/P* or |4_1i SKIP/-_i
during pause.
The Slow Playback function is enabled when
I1_11_ SKiP/I_- or _ SKiP/-_I is pressed for
more than 2 seconds during pause.
- Press I_ PLAY to return to normal playback.
NOTE
- This doesn't work for audio CDs.
- You cannot perform Slow Playback between titles. At the
end of the title, Slow Playback will be cancelled and normal
playback will automatically resume.
- Reverse Slow Playback cannot be performed for BD video
and DVD discs in AVCHD format.
Playback skips 30 seconds ahead when SKIP SEARCH
is pressed during playback.
Playback jumps back 10 seconds when REPLAY is
pressed during playback.
