What
your
warranty

Defect in materials or workmanship.
For how long after your purchase:

90 days flora date of purchase - L/nit exchange, which includes parts and labor.
o
91 days to 1 year flora date of purchase - Unit exchange, which includes parts only; you pay the
labor.
o
The warranty for rental units begins with the fhst rental or 45 days fronl date of shipment
to the
rental film, whichever
comes fhst.
What
we will
do:
During the initiaU 90 days:
o
Provide you with a new, or at our option, a refurbished
unit. The exchange unit [s under warranty
for the remainder of the original
product's warranty
period.
After the 90 days and within
one year:
Provide you with a new or, at our option, refurbished
unit. The exchange unit [s under walranty
for the
remainder of the original
product's wananty
period. We will bill you a flat exchange charge to replace
a defective unit. This charge covers the labor cost fm its repair.
How to make a warranty
claim:
o
Properly pack your unit. Include any cables, etc., which were originally
plovided with the product.
We recommend using the m[ginal
carton and packing materials.
o
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the
product [s within the wananty
period must be presented to obtain wmranty
service. For rental
firms, proof of first rental [s also required.
o
Also print your name and address and a description
of the defect. Send via standard UPS m its
equivalent
to:

Pay any charges billed to you by the Exchange Center for service not covered by the warranty.
o
Insure your shipment
for loss m damage. Thomson accepts no liability [n case of damage or loss en
route to Thomson.

unit will be shipped to you freight
prepaid.
