NOTE: Ifthecoffee millproduces a
grating or"rubbing" s ound during
use, theburrs have been improperly
adjusted. Damage to theburrs will
result. Readjust theburrs immediately.
Adjustingto Provide
Coarser G rinds
When themillisadjusted to provide
coarser grinds, grind sizes w ill increase
throughout thegrinding range and
thefinest l evel m ay become t oo
coarse forespresso. (Tore-calibrate
thegrinder formaximum f ineness,
see page 16.)

level " 1".
2 Using a_2-inch allenwrench or
hex-head screwdriver, remove t he
screw located inthefrontof the
grindcontrol d ialbyturningit
counter-clockwise. Once the
screw isfree,remove t hegrind
control d ial.The w hite grind
control gear s hould bevisible o nce
thedialisremoved.
Rotate thegrindcontrol g ear
counter-clockwise 1 "click"or
detent a ta timeuntilthe
"clicking" s ound diminishes and
thegearoffers littleresistance to
beingturned.
4 Re-attach thegrindcontrol dial,
making c ertain t hedialindicator
points to level " 1".
