Typical installations vent the dryer from the rear of the dryer.

This dryer can be converted to exhaust out the right side, left
side, or through the bottom. Contact your local dealer to have the
dryer converted.
Fire Hazard
Cover unused exhaust holes with one of the
following kits:
279818 (white)
280028 (meteorite)
Contact your local dealer.
Failure to follow these Inatructlons can result In death,
fire, electrical shock, or serious Injury.
Alternate
installations for close clearances
Venting systems come in many varietiea. Select the type beat for
your installation. Two close-clearance installations are shown.
Refer to the manufacturer's instructions.

Special provisions for mobile home installations
The exhaust vent must be securely fastened to a noncombustible
portion of the mobile home structure and must not terminate
beneath the mobile home. Terminate the exhaust vent outside.

Determine
vent length
1. Select the route that will provide the straightest and most
direct path outdoors. Plan the installation to use the feweat
number of elbows and turns. When using elbows or making
turns, allow as much room as possible. Bend vent gradually
to avoid kinking. Avoid 90° turns when possible.
