(2) Procedures for setting analysis period
This section describes the procedures for specifying an analysis period on the Analysis Property dialog ([Analysis
Period] tab). The specified analysis period can be saved by selecting [File]
screen of the performance optimization function, for settings upon activating next time.
(i) Specification of the period
You can specify the period by selecting [Absolute Date] or [Period to Calculate]. The usage of [Absolute Date]
and [Period to Calculate] is described below. Effectively select either one of them according to the purpose of
analysis.
Absolute date
Specifies the analysis period by day unit. Date and elapsed days can be used for the
specification.
Absolute date
Specifies the start day and end day of the analysis period in the Year/Month/Day
format.
Period to calculate
Specifies the analysis period in the format of "from n days ago to the present".
When specifying a specific day of the week as an analysis target day, activate the check
box for the target day of the week.
When specifying a specific time zone as an analysis target, you can specify the time zone
in the format of "n hours from x:y".
