One foothas been installed ata different height onyour n ew
washer. The other t hree feetwere preset atthefactory. Properly
leveling yourwasher willminimize excessive noise andvibration.
f. Using a 9/16" (14mm) o pen-end wrench, verify t hatthenuts on
thethree preset feetaretightened against thecabinet.
2. Slide thewasher toitsfinal l ocation.
3. Push ontheupper front p anel tobesure thatthewasher ison
therear f eet. L ower theright f ront f ootuntil i tcontacts the
floor. B yhand, firmly rotate t hefootuptoanadditional
11/2 turns.
4. Check t helevelness ofthewasher byplacing a level o nthe
topedge ofthewasher, firstside toside, t henfront t oback.
5. Rock washer gently f ront t oback, side toside anddiagonally
tomake sure thatallfour f eetareinfirmcontact withthefloor.

correct electrical supply a ndtherecommended
grounding

After the washer is level, use a %6" (14 mm) open-end wrench
to turn the nuts on the feet tightly against the washer cabinet.

IMPORTANT: All four feet must be tightened. If the nuts are
not tight against the washer cabinet, the washer may vibrate,
If the washer is not level, move the washer out slightly and
first prop the front with a wood block and adjust the feet as
necessary. Then prop the back and adjust feet as necessary.
Repeat this step until the washer is level.
9. Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
10. Read "Washer Use."
f 1. To test and to clean your washer, measure 1/2 the detergent
manufacturer's
recommended
amount of HE High Efficiency
detergent for a medium-size
load. Pour the detergent into the
detergent dispenser. Select NORMAL/CASUAL,
and then
select START. Allow the washer to complete one whole cycle.
Use only HE High Efficiency detergent.
