Installing Front Panel
Assemble front panel to front cart leg by using (4) 1/4 x
3/8" Phillips head screws with (4) 1/4" lock washers (Fig.5)
Installing Gas Tank Supporting
Assemble gas tank supporting to front panel & bottom
panel. On front panel, use screws with (1) 5/32 x 3/8"
Phillips head screw and (1) 5/32" fiat washer. On bottom
panel, use (1) 5/32 x 3/8" Phillips head screw and (1)
5/32" fiat washer (Fig.6)
Installing Grill Head
1. Remove grill head unit from carton, then place onto cart
from above as shown in diagram (Fig.7) CAUTION!!
Head
unit is heavy. To avoid injury, we strongly
recommend 2 or more persons for this step.
2. Attach grill head to the cart by using (4) 1/4 x 1/2"
Phillips head screws with (4) 1/4" lock washers (Fig.8)
3. Align screw holes located on the outside of the grill
head with holes in cart.
4. Attach and secure the regulator hose clamp and the
regulator hose to the right front leg with (1) 1/4 x 1/2"
Phillips screw head and 1/4" lock washer (Fig.9)
