Installing Side Shelf & Side Burner
1. Assemble side shelf & side burner front panel
using (4) 5/32 x 3/8" Phillips head screws with (4)
5/32" flat washers. (Fig. 10a)
2. Attach side shelf to grill cart by using (5) 1/4 x 1/2"
Phillips head screws with (5) 1/4" lock washers. Then
use (1) s.s.5/32 x 3/8" Phillips head screw and (1)
5/32" lock washer preinstall on control panel to attach
the side shelf front panel to main control panel.

3. Attach side burner to grill cart by using (5) 1/4 x
1/2" Phillips head screws with (5) 1/4" lock washers.
Then use (1) s.s. 5/32 x 3/8" Phillips head screw and
(1) 5/32" lock washer preinstall on control panel to
attach side burner control panel to main control panel
(Fig.10c)
4. Insert valve into the side burner and tighten
securely using an adjustable wrench (Fig. 11 )
5. Insert valve into side burner control panel, place
control knob bezel on, tighten on control panel with
screws on valve. Assemble the control knob of side
burner (Fig12)
6. Plug ignition wire into electrode under the side
burner (Fig.13)

Installing
Grease Tray
1. Attach the tank heat shield using (2) 5/32 x
1/4" Phillips head screws and (2) 5/32" nuts with
(2) 5/32" fiat washers on grease tray. Insert
grease tray assembly into opening on backside
of grill. Make sure to slide tray onto tracks as
illustrated and that the grease cup is on the right
hand side from the back. (Fig.14)
When you have finished assembling grill,
make sure that all screws and nuts are tight
and secure.
