To lower the ekr_ € _io_ of the treadmill, step off of the treadmill waiktng belt onto the FOOT PADS and turn theOWOFF power
switch tO OFF: Move the elevation (_onth01 l ever to thi} right, and the front of the treadmill will lower. Release'tl_e l_er when
the treadmill reaches the desired elevation.
NOTE: When lowering the elevation of the treadmill, it may be necessary to move closer to the front of the treadmill h,_P.._t,_
your weight Is used to assist the lowering.
