4 Take pictures. If the correct exposure can not
be achieved at the selected aperture, shutter
speed will be displayed in red when the shut-
ter button is pressed halfway. Adjust aperture
until the correct exposure can be achieved.
(MCaution
Ifthe subject is outside the metering range of the cam-
era, tile shutter speed and aperture displays will show
"---'. Presstile shutter button halfway to measure ex-
posure again.
M: MANUAL
In this mode, you choose both shutter speed and
aperture. If desired, exposure can be altered from
the value suggested by the camera.
1 Rotate the mode dial to M.

Press the [] button. Shutter speed (_
and aperture will be displayed.
