Behind the
refrigoator
Be careflll when moving tile refl'igerator away
from tile wall. All types of floor coverings can be
danmged, particularly cushioned coverings and
those with embossed sm'taces.
Pull tile refl'igerator straight out and retm'n it
to position by I)ushing it straight in. Moving tile
refrigerator in a side direction may result in
damage to tile floor covering or refl'igerator,
When pushing the refrigerator back, make sure
you don't roll over the power cord or icema_ker
supply line.
Preparing

For long vacations
or
absences,
reillove tood
and mq)lug tile refl'igerator. Clean tile interior
with a baking soda solution of one tablespoon
(l 5 ml) of baking soda to one quart (l liter)

Set the icemaker power switch to the O (off)
position a nd sh ut off th e wa ter sui)ply to
tile refl'igerator,
If tile temperature can drop below fl'eezing,
have a qualified servicer drain the water sui)ply
system to prevent serious property damage due
to flooding.
Secure all loose items such as shelves and
drawers by taping them secm'ely in place
to prevent damage,
When using a hand thick to move the
refl'igerator, do not rest tile fl'ont or back
of the refl'igerator against the hand truck,
This could damage the refl'igerator, Handle
only fl'om the sides of the refl'igerator,
Be sure the refrigerator stays in ml upright
position during moving.
