5. MAINTENANCE
Periodic inspection and maintenance, described in the following table, is
necessary to keep the mower in good operating condition and to extend
service life.

If the motor starts accidentally,
the cutting blade may
cause serious injury. Disconnect the extension cord from the mower to
prevent accidental starting.
Use only genuine Honda parts or their equivalent for maintenance or repair.
Parts of lower quality may damage the mower.

(2) The motor brushes should be checked by an authorized Honda lawn

proper maintenance intervals.
