If the motor starts accidentally, the cutting blade may
cause serious injury. Disconnect the extension cord from the mower to
prevent accidental starting.
The Honda HR17EPA mower can be operated without the grass bag, if you
wish to distribute the grass clippings on the lawn, or with the grass bag
installed to collect the grass clippings.

Raise the discharge guard, and
hook the grass bag onto the
mower as shown.

Release the discharge guard.
REMOVAL
1. Raise the discharge guard, grab
the grass bag handle, and
remove the bag.
2. R.elease the discharge guard.
