Under certain conditions hydrogen gas may be produced in a hot watc, r heater
system that has not been used Jor two weeks or more. HYDROGEN GAS IS
EXPLOSIVE. [f the hot water system has not been used ior such a period,
betore using the dishwasher, turn on al[ hot water iaucets and let the water flow
fron-_ each for several minutes. This wil[ release any accumulated hydrogen
gas. As gas is flammable, do not smoke or use an open f[an-te during this time.
Remove the door to the washing compartment when removing an old
dishwasher irom service or discarding it.
Installation
rhis DishDrawer must be installed and located in accordance with the
Installation Instructions before it is used. If you did not receive an Installation
Instruction book with your DishDrawer, you can obtain one by calling toll free
1 888 9 FNP USA (1 888 9 367 872).
• Installation and service must be performed by a qualified technician.
this appliance must be grounded. In the event of a maliunction or
breakdown, grounding will reduce the risk of electric shock by providing a
path of least resistance ior electric current. Fhis appliance is equipped with a
cord having an equipment - grounding conductor and a grounding plug. Fhe
plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed and grounded
in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
WARNING - hnproper connection of the equipment - grounding conductor
can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or
service ropresentative if you are in doubt whether the appliance is properly
grounded. Do not modily the plug provided with the appliance; if it will not fit
the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
Ensure the DishDrawer is secured to the floor or adjacent joinery using the
brackets provided. Failure to do so may result in an unstable product, which
may cause damage or injury.
