Defining
1. Open the file you want to print.
→ Print.
2. Click File
3. Right-click the appropriate printer.
4. Your action depends on your operating system.
Windows XP:
Windows 2000:
Win Me/98, NT:
5. Click the Job Options
6. Click Overlay.
7. Set up an Overlay Group. Click New.
The Define Overlays dialog box appears.
8. Under Group
are creating.
9. To select the pages that the overlay prints on,
• In the Print on Pages
the overlay is to be printed,
or
• Select Custom

10. Under Overlay
as it was stored using Storage Device Manager (see the File List
printout), including the file extension HST.
Overlay file names are case sensitive.
11. Click Add.
12. Repeat steps 10 and 11 to add additional overlays (maximum of
three per group).
13. Click OK.
14. Click New.
Click Preferences.
Click
Click Properties.

Name, enter a name for the group of overlays you
drop-down list, select on which pages
and enter specific page numbers under
pages.
Name, type in the name of the overlay file exactly
