menu. In addition to image mode, portrait effects (reducing vividness of skin
tones, softening overall image) can be set.
Display the setup menu ([] 9I).

Choose an image mode ([] 77).
r_: Portrait effect
Choose from [Normal], [Brighter] (brightens skin tones), and [Softer] [softens
the overall image).

choose [Portrait effect] and press _).
• The options available for [Portrait effect] are dis-
played.

• The setting is applied and the one-touch portrait
menu is displayed.
• Press MENU to return the one-touch portrait menu
without applying the setting.
