Editing an Item in the Phone Book
1
Press the soft key (l;;_).
2 Scroll to the desired item by pressing [V] or
[A].
• To search for the item by initial see page 36.
3 Press the soft key (r-Jr.1).

Edit the name (p. 35), then press [V].
• If you do not need to change the name, press
[y] then go to step 5.
• To move the cursor, press the soft key (m[P'mm)or
(D)

Edit the phone number, then press [V].
• If you do not need to change the number, press
[y] then go to step 6.
• To delete a digit, press the soft key (r_l-dl_).
To delete all of the digits, press and hold the soft
key (Ir_l--J!_ll).
Press the soft key (IFrLVl_).
• To continue editing other items, repeat from step 2.

Press [OFF].
Erasing an Item in the Phone Book
1 Press the soft key (I;_).
2 Scroll to the desired item by pressing [V] or [A].
• To search for the item by initial, see page 36.
3 Press the soft key (Ir-.r_T_).
• To cancel erasing, press the soft key (l_lYl).
4 Press the soft key (I_IL_),
• To erase other items, repeat from step 2.
5 Press [OFF].
