To play repeatedly (repeat play)

You can play a chapter (track) or a title repeatedly by specifying it during playback.
When playing SVCD or VCD, cancel the P.B.C. (playback control) (see page 38).

Whilst a disc is playing, press the REPEAT button to
Repeat 1.

"CHAPTER REPEAT ON"
Each time the button is pressed, the repeat play mode changes in the
following order.
The repeat play mode changes as follows on DVD:
"CHAPTER REPEAT ONE" "REP 1"
"TITLE REPEAT ON" "REP ALL"
"REPEAT OFF" "no display"
The repeat play mode changes as follows on SVCD/VCD/audio CD:
"REP-ONE" "REP 1"
"REPEAT ALL" "REP ALL"
"no display"
"REPEAT OFF"

To return to the normal playback, press the REPEAT
button repeatedly to select "REPEAT OFF".
Caution:
After performing repeat play, be sure to press the 7 (STOP) button. Otherwise,
the disc will play continuously.
Notes:
I On some discs, the repeat play function is disabled.
