6. Unlock rip lock, position blade
desired distance from fence, and lock
rip lock.

7. Turn elevation handle clockwise to
lower blade until it just clears table.
8. Plug in saw, put yellow key in switch
and turn saw on.
9. Slowly turn elevation handle clock-
wise until blade touches table, then con-
tinue to turn another half turn.
*_WARNING:
For workpieces v4" thick or less,
turn elevation handle a full turn after
the blade just touches table. Deeper
kerr will keep saw blade from rising
up on top of workpiece and violently
throwing it.
10. Turn switch off, remove yellow key,
unplug saw.
