Sets the line spacing to n/72 of an inch. This value is stored in mem-
ory until the printer receives the ESC 2 code that makes the ESC A
setting take effect. The value of n should be in the range 0 to 85.

Advances the paper by one line at a spacing of n/216 of an inch.
The value of n should be in the range 0 to 255. This produces an
immediate line feed and carriage return but does not affect subse-
quent line spacing.
