The tractor unit is adjustable to accommodate paper widths from
to 14 7/8 inches. To load continuous-feed paper, follow these instruc-
tions:
1. Make sure that the printer is turned OFF.
2. Move the print head to the center of the printer and pull the paper
bail away from the platen.
3. Remove the two plastic locking tabs that secure the tractor feed
unit during shipping, as shown in Figure 1-10. (If you have
difficulty pulling the tabs off, a pair of pliers might help.) Keep the
tabs in case you need to ship or store the printer.
