Music files t ransferred tothe camcorder with the supplied software
Music Transfer Utilities may n ot b eused w ithout permission from the
copyright holder, except for c ases permitted under applicable laws,
such a s for p ersonal use. Make sure t ofollow a pplicable laws w hen
using m usic files.
You c an also a dd tothe playlist (Cl3 87) j ust the video s napshot scenes
you want towatch a nd arrange their playback order.
When the memory isinitialized, music files w ill b eerased as well. Use
the supplied software Music Transfer Utility t otransfer music files from
the supplied Music Data C D-ROM tothe camcorder. For d etails, refer
tothe _Music Transfer Utility Software Guide' (PDF file).
Video snapshot isdeactivated ifthe camcorder isswitched toplayback
mode orifthe camera mode dial isset t o_.
_ The Music Data C D-ROM includes also e xtra m usic tracks that
were n ot p rednstalled inthe builtdn memory.
_ Transfer music files t othe same memory that contains the video
snapshot scenes you want toplay b ack.
When music files a re transferred tothe buiRdn memory (_ only) or
toamemory card a fter repeatedly recording and deleting recordings
(fragmented memory), the movies and background music track m ay n ot
beplayed back c orrectly. Insuch c ase, we recommend saving your
recordings onacomputer (ETA 125), initializing the memory (CZ] 42),
transferring the music files a nd only t hen w riting the video f iles b ack t o
the camcorder.
Ifthe USB cable i sdisconnected while t ransferring music files t othe
camcorder, itmay n ot b epossible tocorrectly play b ack those m usic
tracks. Delete the music tracks from the camcorder, and transfer the
music files a gain.
