Select Audio > Advanced Audio.

The Advanced Audio Management dialog box appears.

Scroll down and click the slide that contains the audio file you want to export.

If you want to export MP3 files, select Include MP3 files in export.

If you want to export WAV files, select Include WAV files in export.
Note: You must select one or both of the export file formats.
Click Export.

The Browse For Folder dialog box appears.
Navigate to the destination folder you want and click OK.

Deleting audio
Removing an audio file from a slide is an easy task. You can also remove any sound files that are used as
background audio.
To remove audio from a slide:
Open an Adobe Captivate project.

Do one of the following:
•
In Storyboard view, select a slide and click audio symbol in the lower-right corner of the slide.
•
In Edit view, navigate to the relevant slide in the Filmstrip and then click the audio symbol in the lower-right
corner of the slide.
Select Remove from the menu.

A confirmation message appears.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

To remove background audio:
Open an Adobe Captivate project.

Select Edit > Preferences.
