Maintenance

Maintenance work to be carried out
Sewing unit head
- Remove sewing dust and residual thread.
- Check oil level in the oil reservoirs for the lubrication of the
sewing unit head
Control circuitry cabinet
- Remove sewing dust and residual thread.
- Clean fan grill

Caution: danger of injury!
Turn off the main switch.
Maintenance work on the sewing unit must only be
carried out when the machine is switched off.
All daily and weekly maintenance work (cleaning and oiling) to be
carried out by the operators of the sewing unit are described in the
operating instructions (Chapter 10). They are only listed in the
following table to complete the picture.
