Adjustment of the X-axis
–
Loosen screw 9.
–
Adjust light barrier 10 accordingly.
–
Tighten screw 9.
Adjustment of the Y-axis
–
Loosen screw 12.
–
Adjust cam switch 11 accordingly.
–
Tighten screw 12.
–
Move pedal back.
The sewing unit calibrates itself and stays at the zero-point.
–
Turn the needle bar down with the handwheel. Verify that the
needle is located in the middle of the drill-hole.
