Flexible Disk Drive Cable
Up to 15 SCSI devices can be
connected to the internal and
external SCSI connectors.
7 Locate the appropriate data cable for the device.
8 Connect the data and power cables to the rear of the device. (The
connectors are shaped to go in one way only.)
Data Cable
9 If you are installing a SCSI device, pass the SCSI cable through the
base of the SCSI holder. You will need to remove then replace the
SCSI holder to do this.
Installing Mass Storage Devices
IDE drives should be
connected to a free IDE
channel cable connector
(you can have up to four
IDE devices)
Wide SCSI devices should be connected to
a free SCSI connector on the SCSI cable.
