Replace the purge unit
<Symptom> · The printer does not print at all.
· Printing stops midway.
· Certain colors are not printed.
<Cause> · Faulty ink tank, BJ cartridge, or purge unit.
· Orange cap/tape is on the head.
Check that the orange cap or tape is not on
the BJ cartridge head.
Execute cleaning five times.
