Memory full
When the recording memory has been used up or a
maximum of 59 messages have been received, no more
messages can be taken. The machine will switch to
Answer Only mode and play future callers the message,
"Hello your call cannot be taken at the moment and you
cannot leave a message, so please call later."
You must delete existing messages before new ones can
be recorded.
Memory full during a call
When there is approximately 30 seconds of recording
memory left, the caller will hear, "Please complete your
call within 30 seconds."
If the memory runs out or the maximum message length
of 3 minutes is reached while a caller is leaving a message,
the call is ended.
