Terminal Blocks

Terminal Block labels can be created and printed by using the continuous media menu choice
and selecting fixed length. The number of lines of text available at each termination is
dependent on the fixed length and font size chosen.
Note: Press
continuous label—to the cut position.

Serialized Labels

The printer allows you to perform basic alpha or numeric serializations. Serializing a character results
in a series of labels that increment the character by either one number or one letter. For example:
Numeric Serialization when the
serialized character is 3.
Alpha Serialization when the
serialized character is C.
To create labels containing serialized data:
1. Enter the text to be serialized on the desired legend line.
2. Use the arrows on your keypad (right/left) to position the cursor under the character in the
legend to be serialized.
3. Press . The screen prompts you to enter the number of times to increment the serial
number.
4. Enter the number of times to increment the serial number.
5. Press . The screen prompts you to enter the number of copies of the serialization to
print.
The following example shows 2 copies of a numeric serialization when the serialized
character is 3:
