3.MANAGING COUNTERS (COUNTER MENU)

Resetting the counter for each department

This function allows you to reset the counter for the specified department code.

In the DEPT. MANAGEMENT menu, press [DEPARTMENT REGISTRATION].
The DEPARTMENT CODE screen is displayed.
For instructions on how to display the screen above, see the following page:

Press the department button whose counter you want to reset and press [RESET
COUNTERS].
The clear confirmation screen is displayed.
If the touch panel does not display the department code whose counter you want to clear, press
the next screen.

Press [YES] to clear the department code counter.
Press [NO] to cancel the clear operation.
