Page 2: Using The Controls
Using the Controls Signal LED This light indicates that a signal is present at one of the inputs. Protect LED This light indicates when the unit is o v e rheated, or when a shorted load or DC is detected in the amplifier output. The amplifier will reset itself when the p roblem is corre c t e d .
Page 3 Connections The AMP Five Series may be connected in a number of ways. Keep in mind that only one input may be used at one time. Speaker Connections First determine whether you will use the balanced (XLR) or unbalanced (RCA) inputs. If you plan to send the same signal to more than one speaker, you will use the unbalanced (RCA) input and output to pass the signal on to a second power amplifier and speaker.
