Configuration Setup

Select [Configure], then press <ENTER>.
The Configuration setup window appears.
[KEY OPERATION]
Use the cursor keys to select an item, then press <ENTER> or <SPACE BAR> to execute the
selection. Press the <ESC> key to exit the Configuration window.

Port:
The I/O (Input/Output) port facilitates transmission and reception of computer data between the CPU and external
devices. The CPU determines the setup address of the sound card using this port. You cannot select an address for a
device if you have already assigned that address to other devices.
IRQ:
The IRQ (Interrupt Request) number allows external devices to transmit or receive data by priority, according to the IRQ
number assigned to each external device, while the CPU is processing data. The lower the IRQ number, the higher the
data processing priority.
Please take care in advance when assigning IRQ numbers to each device in order to avoid data processing conflicts.
DMA:
DMA (Direct Memory Access) is the communication protocol between internal memory and external devices that minimizes
the work of the CPU. As with the IRQ number, you cannot select an active channel.
