Using the CAMCORDER - Advanced Recording

WHT. BALANCE (WHITE BALANCE) - CAMCORDER Mode

The WHITE BALANCE function in CAMCORDER mode is a
recording function that preserves the unique colour of the object
under any recording condition.
You may select the appropriate WHITE BALANCE mode to obtain
high quality colour in the image.
AUTO ( ) : This mode is generally used to
control the WHITE BALANCE automatically.
HOLD ( ) : This fixes the current WHITE
BALANCE value.
INDOOR ( ) : This controls the WHITE
BALANCE according to indoor ambience.
OUTDOOR ( ) : This controls the WHITE
BALANCE according to outdoor ambience.
1. Set the camcorder to CAMCORDER mode.
2. Press the MENU button.
The menu list will appear.
3. Turn the MENU DIAL to highlight CAMCORDER and
press the MENU DIAL.
4. Select WHT.BALANCE from the submenu.
5. Press the MENU DIAL to enter the sub-menu.
6. Using the MENU DIAL, select the WHITE BALANCE
function you wish to use.
Press the MENU DIAL to confirm the
WHITE BALANCE function you have selected.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
Notes
While setting NIGHT CAPTURE to ON, the
WHT.BALANCE function does not work.
The WHT.BALANCE function will not operate in EASY
mode.
Turn the Digital Zoom off (if necessary) to set a more
accurate White Balance.
If you have set the White Balance and the lighting
conditions change, reset the White Balance.
For normal outdoor recording, setting the White
Balance to AUTO may provide the best results.

En modalidad CAMCORDER es una función de grabación que
conserva los colores particulares de los objetos independiente-
mente de las condiciones de grabación.
Se debe seleccionar la modalidad correcta de balance de blanco
para obtener color de gran calidad en las imágenes.

AUTO ( ): esta es la modalidad que se utiliza por
lo general para controlar de manera automática el
balance de blanco.
HOLD ( ): mantiene el valor que esté ajustado en
ese momento.
INDOOR ( ): controla el balance de blanco según
el ambiente interior.
OUTDOOR ( ): controla el balance de blanco
según el ambiente exterior.
1. Ajuste la videocámara en la modalidad
CAMCORDER.
2. Pulse el botón MENÚ.
Aparece la lista del menú.
3. Gire el DIAL MENÚ hasta resaltar CAMCORDER y
pulse el DIAL MENÚ.
4. Seleccione la opción WHT.BALANCE en el submenú.
5. Pulse el DIAL MENÚ para acceder al submenú.
6. Con el DIAL MENÚ, seleccione la función WHITE
BALANCE que desea utilizar.
Pulse el DIAL MENÚ para confirmar la función
WHITE BALANCE seleccionada.
7. Para salir, pulse el botón MENÚ.
Notas
Si la función NIGHT CAPTURE está activada, la
función WHT. BALANCE no está operativa.
La función WHT. BALANCE no está operativa en la
modalidad EASY.
Si es necesario, desactive el zoom digital para
obtener un balance de blanco más preciso.
Si ha ajustado el balance de blanco y las condiciones
de la luz cambian, ajústelo nuevamente.
Para una grabación normal en exterior, el ajuste de
White Balance en AUTO puede proporcionar los
mejores resultados.
