Thank you very much for purchasing this AJ-CA900P Camera Adapter (referred to throughout these instructions as “the unit”). The unit is installed in a DVCPRO or DVCPRO50 camera recorder to configure a transmission system which uses a tri-axial cable to enable the camera recorder to be operated as a system camera. -

Installation Follow the steps below to attach the unit to the camera recorder. <Notes> The spacer must be mounted on the camera recorder before the unit is attached. For details on how to mount the spacer, consult your dealer. Depending on the version of the software being used with the camera recorder, it may be necessary to update it, in which case you should consult your dealer. -

Selecting the intercom microphone Proceed as follows to select the dynamic microphone or carbon microphone as the intercom microphone.
