When enabled, the SATA controller will
function normally.
When set to IDE, the SATA controller
disables its RAID and AHCI functions and
runs in the IDE emulation mode. You won't
have access to the RAID setup utility.
When set to AHCI, the SATA controller
enables its AHCI functionality. However, its
RAID functions will be disabled and you won't
be able to access the RAID setup utility at
boot time. You can find more information on
AHCI in the SATA AHCI Mode BIOS feature.
When set to RAID, the SATA controller
enables both its RAID and AHCI functions.
You will be allowed to access the RAID setup
utility at boot time.
This item will prompt when the SATA mode is
set to RAID.
Select the desired RAID mode.
Press enter to configure the advanced HDD
settings
Displays the name of SATA drive.
Displays the type of SATA drive.
Displays the total size of SATA drive.
Displays the serial number of SATA drive.
